The 18th Circuit, 74th District, and Probate courts have different records routes, so the case type and case number help staff direct a request.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

These are the appropriate routes for common Bay County court needs:

  • Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
